Delivery

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12 noon are usually dispatched the same working day, although operational demands may move dispatch to the next working day.

UK delivery

Standard delivery, 2 to 5 working days, on orders of £80 or more: Free
Standard delivery, 2 to 5 working days: £4.99
Expedited delivery, 1 to 2 working days: £7.99
Guaranteed next working day, order before 12 noon: £10.99
Guaranteed Saturday, order before 12 noon on Friday: £16.99

Large frames

If an order includes a frame that is too large for our general service, the whole order uses the frame rate:

Expedited frame delivery, 1 to 2 working days: £19.99
Standard frame delivery, 2 to 5 working days: £9.99

International delivery

Worldwide delivery is available to eligible destinations. Delivery times and prices are shown at checkout. Duties, taxes, customs fees and local charges may apply and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

Tracking and carriers

Most orders are sent with Royal Mail. Larger orders may use Parcelforce, DPD, UPS or FedEx. All services are tracked.

We email tracking details after dispatch. Tracking can take up to 12 hours to appear for UK orders and up to 24 hours for Ireland. Weather, courier disruption and other circumstances outside our control can cause delays.

Returns & exchanges

For online orders, use our return portal to request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the parcel reaches us within 14 days of your request. Keep proof of posting; if the carrier is delayed, it must show that you handed over the parcel within the 14-day period. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer.
