Welcome to Islamic Impressions’ Online Store, home of the World famous Islamic brand! Islamic Impressions was formed in 2004 to revolutionize Islamic trends. Since then, alhamdulillah we have grown from strength to strength. Today Islamic Impressions sets the benchmark for Islamic Shopping not only in the UK, but internationally also.

Please allow me to elaborate…

I recall when I started practicing Islam and shopping for Islamic products I immediately noticed a distinct difference between Islamic products/stores in contrast to Western branded stores. In one sense I felt discouraged to buy; little did I know that this would become part of my burning desire to make that difference.

After some investigation I realized that the Muslim Youth were one of the least catered for regarding Islamic alternatives and decided to build my business strategy around this deficit. I mobilized my team and got straight to work with my business partner Sheraz Ahmed. Sheraz had a great insight of what the youth wanted, and quickly became the backbone of this venture.

After choosing our brand name, we launched our first product range consisting of urban clothing taking inspiration from reputable brands such as ‘Ecko’ and ‘Academicks’ (introducing meaningful slogans in line with Islam). We held exhibitions throughout the UK and parts of mainland Europe. Our strategy and exhaustive efforts soon paid off!

We co-sponsored events for Hip Hop Nasheed artists from across the country including; ‘Blakstone’ (Seven Century Records), ‘Mecca to Madina’ and various sporting events including football tournaments. At this point we found that our signature clothing line had become increasingly popular, so we expanded the range and started producing men’s clothing. We also created a bespoke range for parents with trendy tots and fashioned in baby grows, bibs and hats. We found we were actually having a lot of fun in promoting basic concepts related to Islam!

Although our popularity increased, serving Islam by catering for the UMMAH’s needs topped it all for us, BY ALLAH!

Our Website

During our second year, we Launched Islamicimpressions.com ensuring our full product variety online, we also launched our first store in Denmark after meeting a revert Brother, Musa Kronholt who opened a store in Copenhagen. Musa had also realized the deficiency in Islamic wear and general products in Denmark; I’m pleased to say he’s a perfectionist when it comes to quality, customer service and selecting the best of modern contemporary products.

Our Stores

Allhamdulillah, in 2006 we opened our second Islamic Impressions store in Ilford, London; with a 1500 square foot shop floor it is one of the largest Islamic stores in the UK. We’ve paid particular attention to detail to create the correct ambience whilst ensuring a modern contemporary setting. The store also incorporates basic facilities such as full Disabled access and toilet, Wudu and Salah facilities and a comfortable seating area.

Alhamdulillah, we opened our third store in Ramadan 2008, This is our second store in London, it is 1,300 square feet, and is located between Walthamstow and Leyton (Bakers Arms); again we stuck to the same theme as our Ilford store ensuring it is head and shoulders above all other local retail outlets.

Our well planned stores comprises of an Islamic Art Gallery, Men’s Section, Sisters area, Kids zone, Book area, Health and beauty parameter and audio and visual department all of which are regularly updated and well organised. Customer service, product variety and quality are at the absolute forefront of our minds.

We pay particular attention to customer service with product variety and merchandise quality, that’s why we manufacture and import from Turkey, Pakistan, Morocco, Bahrain, South Africa, India, China and Dubai – Our goods are prepared by some of the finest artists and craftsmen and are scrutinized from the design stage through to the finished product with particular attention to detail, as we produce most of our own products.

Our Warehouse/Design centre

Most recently due to the popularity of other retailers purchasing our products at wholesale we have now opened a massive 10,000 square feet Warehouse/Design centre. This is where we serve our wholesale customers and is also where our design team and web team are based.
