At the GPU show in November 2007, Islamic Impressions announced itself to the World in an unprecedented manner. Despite being pushed for time, Baba Ali of Ummah films fame felt he just had to pay a (midnight) visit to our flagship Ilford store before his return to America, just to experience firsthand what the excitement was all about!

Acclaimed spoken word poet of HBO Def Jam fame Amir Sulaiman from America paid an exclusive visit to Islamic Impressions' flagship store in Ilford, London. He was very impressed after seeing the vast array of our Islamic products and level of quality. In this video Amir gives a few words of support and even recites a short piece of poetry.

Islamic Impressions went all out at the Global Peace and Unity (GPU) exhibition in London ExCel in October 2008! An entire lane was booked out to cater for the high customer demand for our Islamic products. Many leading personalities and artists visited our stand, including an exclusive mini performance by Aashiq Al Rasul that our customers found deeply moving. We made many friends at GPU in 2007 and 2008 was no different. The Ummah clearly saw how Islamic Impressions has raised the benchmark in the Islamic products market.

In Ramadhan 2008, Islamic Impressions opened its third store in Leyton, East London. Paying particular attention to detail to create the correct ambience whilst ensuring a modern contemporary setting, our well planned store comprises of an Islamic Art Gallery, Mens Section, Sisters area, Kids zone, Book area, Health and beauty section and Audio and Visual department all of which are well organized regularly updated.
